It was not a great night for Travis Kelce. Is it the Taylor Swift effect?
Travis’s Kansas City Chiefs beat the Atlanta Falcons 22-17, but it was not thanks to Mr. Taylor Swift. Travis had only four catches for 30 yards, which is lackluster at best. Could his performance have something to do with the fact that girlfriend Taylor Swift was not in attendance?
With all eyes on the super power couple, there was an abundance of speculation about the status of their relationship. Could this be the end of Traylor? I mean … I don’t think so, but as The Daily Mail reports, word on the street (or in social media) mentions things like “potential breakup,” a “rift,” and “just bad luck” directly connected to Taylor’s disappearance for her beau.

Instead of attending the game in Atlanta, Taylor Swift celebrated a night out in New York City with her friend, model Gigi Hadid. If you are one to follow along and do your research, you noticed some seemingly apparent Easter Eggs planted in Taylor’s wardrobe this weekend. While it doesn’t lead to any insight on her relationship with Travis Kelce, it might be a clue as to what is to come for the singer …
The Taylor Swift Effect – Her ‘Fit
True Swifties believe that theimages of Taylor grabbing dinner in NYC with Gigi Hadid, is more than just a night out. The photos that have cropped up on social media have layers of meaning that go beyond a simple fun fall ‘fit.
What She Wore
Taylor wore a plaid, orange, white, and light blue skirt, with a blue crop-top, and snakeskin boots. The style of her boots, hair, and nails have led fans to reminisce on her ‘Reputation Era’. The album used several images and reference to snakes, showed her hair in natural waves and nails donning black polish.
Taylor also wore a choker necklace that suspiciously looks like the #12. Several fans have hypothesized that might be a direct message that her newest album is on the way. Taylor’s last full album would have been the 11th published studio work, that’s where the #12 comes in. Also note, the #12 necklace turned upside down looks like a perfect TS. There’s always something to see and interpret.
Whether any of this is true or not, there is one point that is certain. Taylor MUST come back to Travis’ games in hopefully restore his morale.
