NJ Beach Ranked as Top Place to Watch Sunsets in US

Sunset Beach is on top.

A New Jersey beach has taken top honors in a new ranking revealing the top beaches to watch sunsets in the United States.

According to an analysis of Tripadvisor reviews by Hello Millions, Sunset Beach in Cape May County, New Jersey, is the most popular for catching spectacular views. Located on the Delaware Bay at the end of Sunset Boulevard, it offers a prime spot to watch the sun go down behind the remains of the SS Atlantus shipwreck.

According to a report, the Hello Millions study analyzed visitor reviews from the top-rated beaches in every U.S. coastal state based on public review data from major travel and tourism platforms. Each beach was assessed based on the percentage of reviews that specifically included the word “sunset” or related terms in the reviews.

It garnered about 38.12% of comments related to sunsets among the Top 50 beaches with the highest percentage of positive references to sunsets.
