USA TODAY readers named Peddler's Village in Lahaska to the No. 2 spot in a list of the 10 best shopping centers in the nation.
Here's what USA TODAY had to say about the shopping experience at Peddler's Village:
"Cobblestone paths, gazebos, and garden walkways give Peddler's Village its storybook charm in the Bucks County countryside. This 42-acre shopping center features over 60 specialty stores, a range of dining options, and the cozy Golden Plough Inn. Seasonal festivals like the Strawberry and Scarecrow Festivals add to its appeal as a year-round spot for shopping, strolling, and celebrating."
Founded in 1962, the shopping center, themed to represent an 18th-century village, has grown to include dozens of shops and seven full-service restaurants at the family-friendly venue. More than 2 million people visit Peddler's Village each year. The site hosts special weekend events, as well as holiday and seasonal festivals throughout the year.
Peddler's Village is at Routes 202 and 263 in Lahaska. Find more details and view upcoming events on the Peddler's Village website.
