If you’re looking for a master class in kindness, look no further than Jelly Roll.

Thank you, Jelly Roll, for proving once again that country music is about more than just the songs; it’s about the heart behind them. You are what sets this genre apart.

Last week, Post Malone and Jelly Roll’s Big A* Stadium Tour* rolled through Boise, Idaho, playing to a massive crowd of tens of thousands. But not everyone who wanted to be there could make it, especially the hardworking crew at Big Al’s Bowling Alley in nearby Meridian.

While fans were rocking out, the team at Big Al’s was clocking in. So, the owner (we have to assume it is the Big Al) had a little fun on social media, posting a photo of his staff looking heartbroken about missing the show. He tagged both Posty and Jelly Roll in the post…and Jelly saw it.

But Jelly Roll didn’t just like it or drop a comment. He picked up the phone and called Big Al’s.

He wanted to do something special for the staff. And sure enough, a care package arrived packed with merch, T-shirts, and autographed setlists just for the crew who had to miss the concert. The note inside read:

Last night, a care package showed up with merch, shirts, and signed set lists just for them. Needless to say, their frowns turned all the way upside down.

I guess so!

The package included a note that read:

So sorry y’all couldn’t make it to the show but I appreciate the work ethic … hope this merch and these (sic) autographed set list make up for it a little bit. See y’all next time.

Love, Jelly Roll

PS I’m coming to Big Al’s to bowl next time!

Lesson learned - sometimes you don't have to ask God for a favor. Sometimes, Jelly Roll can make your dreams come true.
