Keynote speakers will be singer-songwriter Peter Mroz on Friday, March 27, and Maya de Vitry on Saturday, March 28. Both are acclaimed figures in the music world.
According to New Jersey Stage, Peter Mroz is a soulful singer-songwriter, guitarist, and performer whose music is driven by human connection. He earned national attention as a standout artist on The Voice and is a longtime contributor to Nashville's songwriter and studio scene.
Maya de Vitry is a Nashville-based singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist whose music blurs genres. A former member of The Stray Birds, she created a celebrated solo career marked by critically praised independent releases and a growing reputation as a producer and collaborator.
Live music will accompany the conference across multiple venues in Cape May. They include Congress Hall and various downtown spots such as Carney's, Delaney's, Elaine's, Fins Bar & Grille, and The Mad Batter.
Beyond performances, the conference emphasizes networking, candid industry conversations, and practical tools to help artists build sustainable careers in the music industry.
"Cape May has always been a place where creativity and community come together," said John Harris, founder of Singer-Songwriter of Cape May.
