Official Contest Rules

These rules apply to the “Multi-Market ‘The Ashley McBryde “The Devil I Know” Giveaway” Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC d/b/a WSOC-FM, WKXC-FM, WKLB-FM, WKML-FM, KCYE-FM, WXTU-FM, and WQYK-FM (each a “Station,” collectively the “Stations”). In addition, the General Contest Rules posted at www.country1037fm.com, www.kicks99.com, www.country1025.com, www.wkml.com, www.coyotecountrylv.com, www.925xtu.com or www.995qyk.com apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control.

HOW TO ENTER

The Contest will begin on Thursday, September 7, 2023 (for entrants in the Pacific Time (“PT”) zone) and Friday, September 8, 2023 (for entrants in the Eastern Time (“ET”) zone), and end on Friday, September 22, 2023.

To participate in the Contest, visit www.country1037fm.com, www.kicks99.com, www.country1025.com, www.wkml.com, www.coyotecountrylv.com, www.925xtu.com or www.995qyk.com and follow the links and instructions to enter the Contest and complete and submit the online entry form beginning on Friday, September 8th, 2023, at 12:00am ET (Thursday, September 7th, 2023, at 9:00pm PT) and ending on Friday, September 22nd, 2023, at 11:59pm ET/8:59pm PT (“Online Entry Period”). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Station's Privacy Policy. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person during the Online Entry Period regardless of Station website used to enter and regardless if entrant has more than one email address. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Contest administrator.

There will be up to a total of one (1) Grand Prize winner selected in this multi-market Contest.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside in North Carolina, South Carolina; Columbia, Richmond, Burke, McDuffie, Glascock, Hancock, Jefferson, Jenkins, Taliaferro, Warren, Washington, Wilkes, and Lincoln Counties, GA; Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire; Clark County, NV; Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware; and Florida, except where prohibited by law. Winners must possess a valid, government-issued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility.

PRIZES

Up to one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in the Contest. The Grand Prize is being provided by Warner Music Nashville and consists of the following prize assets: One signed guitar by Ashley McBryde and one (1) one hundred dollar ($100.00) gift certificate to Ashley McBryde’s merch collection.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1,100.00. The winner will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the prize(s). The gift card will be subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by the issuer of the gift card. Gift cards are not refundable or transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or credit at any time, nor will gift cards be replaced if lost or stolen.

Prizes or prize certificates must be claimed as described by the Stations at the time of winning. Prize or prize certificate must be claimed within five (5) days of winning the Grand Prize. Failure to claim Prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within the timeline provided in these Official Rules.

SELECTION OF WINNERS

Up to one (1) multi-market Grand Prize winner will be selected at approximately 12:00 PM ET/9:00 AM PT on Monday, September 25th, 2023, in a Station-conducted random drawing from all combined eligible online entries received during the Online Entry Period on each Station’s website. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or email promptly following the random drawing.

Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of combined eligible online entries received during the Online Entry Period on each Station’s website.

Entrants need not listen to the Station or be present to win.

Prize winner must confirm acceptance of prize within five (5) days of winning, or risk disqualification and selection of an alternate Prize winner (time permitting) in a random drawing of all remaining eligible online entries received.

Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final.

The Stations reserve the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon announcement on air and by publication at www.country1037fm.com, www.kicks99.com, www.country1025.com, www.wkml.com, www.coyotecountrylv.com, www.925xtu.com or www.995qyk.com.

Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of each Station, or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to a Station.
