WXTU-FM Nicole’s After School Special Contest

Official Contest Rules

These rules apply to the Nicole’s After School Special Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC d/b/a WXTU-FM (“Station”). In addition, the General Contest Rules posted at 925xtu.com apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control.

1. HOW TO ENTER

1. The Sweepstakes will begin on Monday, September 26, 2022 and end on TBD.

1. To participate in the contest, visit 925xtu.com and follow the links and instructions to enter the Contest and complete and submit the online entry form beginning on Septemver 26, 2022 at 12:00am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ending on TBD (“Online Entry Period”). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Station's Privacy Policy. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person during the Online Entry Period regardless if entrant has more than one email address. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Contest administrator.

1. There will be up to a total of twelve (12) winners selected in the Contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

1. This Sweepstakes is open to all Sponsor listeners who are 24 years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Sweepstakes, who are legal US residents and reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, except where prohibited by law. Winners must possess a valid, government-issued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility.

3. PRIZES

1. Up to twelve(12) Grand Prizes will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of being a guest dj co-host with XTU’s Afternoon host Nicole Michalik for 1 hour.

1. Prizes or prize certificates must be claimed as notified at the time of winning. Prize or prize certificate must be claimed within thirty (30) days of winning. Failure to claim Prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within the timeline provided in these Official Rules.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS

1. Up to twelve (12) Grand Prize winners will be selected at approximately at random in a station-conducted random drawing from all eligible online entries received during the Online Entry Period. Potential Prize winners will be notified by phone and/or email promptly following the random drawing.

1. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible online entries received during the Online Entry Period and the content of the video submitted.

1. Entrants need not listen to the Sponsor radio stations or be present to win.

1. Winner must confirm acceptance of prize within five (5) days of winning, or risk disqualification and selection of an alternate winner (time permitting) in a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries.

1. Decisions of Sponsor management with respect to the Sweepstakes are final.

5. CONDITIONS

1. The Sponsor reserves the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon announcement on air and by publication at 925xtu.com

1. For website contests: By use of the Sponsor’s websites and by entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to the Sponsor’s Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of Personal Information as stated in the Privacy Policy located at 925xtu.com

1. Copies of the written Sweepstakes rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of the Sponsor, One Bala Plaza, Suite 401, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004, or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor.
