We all know there are some pretty wild diet plans out there. There’s a lemon and syrup diet, a cookie diet, and even a cabbage soup diet!
Jennifer Aniston is trying out a new diet called intermittent fasting. The diet suggests you eat for only 8 hours of the day and fast for the remaining 16 hours. You can have whatever you want during the eating hours, but you can only drink water, tea, and coffee when you are fasting. Dave doesn’t really think this should be considered fasting, but Andie diagrees!
