Philadelphia is called the city of Brotherly Love. Philadelphia also has had a past of being known to cause some chaos, and just more recently, Eagles fans fought 76er, Mike Scott, during the Eagles vs. Redskins game-day tailgate back on September 8th.
So, in order to calm things down, the city has put together a “Code of Conduct” in which they handed out to fans that were tailgating the Eagles game this past Sunday.
Do we really think it’s going to work? I guess we will have to just find out!
