We’ve all had bloody noses before and sometimes you just can’t get them to stop!  Andie’s daughter, Tori, had an unexpected nose bleed at the doctor’s office while getting her flu shot. After an hour, they found out that spraying Afrin up each nostril will stop the bleeding.

Our intern Shannon had her own remedy of stopping nose bleeds. She says to put a piece of a brown paper bag under your top lip and against your gums. It will dry out your gums and hit a pressure point to stop the nose from bleeding.
