There’s a new fall lineup that is shaking up our daily tv schedules starting this September. ABC Owned Television Stations announced a new 10 a.m. newscast beginning Sept. 11 in New York, Philadelphia, and Raleigh-Durham. The broadcast will fill the time slot previously held by the Tamron Hall show, which – after record-breaking season four ratings – is taking over the 2:00 p.m.

You might be thinking but wait, what is this replacing? Currently, 9a is Live with Kelly and Mark, 10a is Tamron Hall, 11a is The View, 12p is 6abc Action News, 1p is GMA3 What You Need to Know, 2p is The Rachael Ray Show and 3p is the incredible General Hospital.

However, The Rachael Ray Show is over, so what’s on now are just reruns, and starting Sept 11, the new lineup will air and we won’t see any more reruns of the show. So Tamron Hall is moving from 10a after Live with Kelly and Mark and into the 2p slot that was Rachel’s.

Here’s the statement from ABC Corporate:

“Tamron has had an exceptional year, and I know this move will grow her incredibly passionate Tam Fam even more,” said Chad Matthews, president, ABC Owned Television Stations. “And the addition of local news programming at 10 a.m. – led by these extraordinary teams – will allow us to dig even deeper into the topics and events that showcase our local communities and the issues most impacting them, as well as extend and expand upon breaking news and topics being discussed on ‘Good Morning America’ and ‘Live with Kelly and Mark.’”

What’s happening at 10a on 6abc you ask? Well, we get an ALL FEMALE show on 6abc! 6abc/WPVI-TV Philadelphia’s news anchors Alicia Vitarelli, Alyana Gomez, and Nydia Han will host Action News at 10 a.m. with meteorologist Karen Rogers expanding her duties and joining the team with the AccuWeather forecast.
