This is called "going the extra mile" without a doubt. One store heard that a large pizza order had to be cancelled because nobody showed up to a little boy's birthday party.
A worker at the Australian Domino's decided to post a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" picture with a special desert he made for the birthday boy. They posted this on social media and the little boy got HUNDREDS of comments wishing him a happy birthday on his big day.
