Luke Bryan Tells Crowd ‘You’re Welcome’ For The Eagles Drafting His Georgia Bulldogs (VIDEO)

Last night was the XTU Anniversary show with the one and only Luke Bryan. If you've never seen Luke before, add his tour to your list, because he's the best. He's so present, so fun, and so engaging, and not to mention he has so many hits.

Luke was kind enough to come backstage and say hello to the staff before he hit the stage. This was the first time I met him, so I wanted to talk to him about something I knew he loved. So what's better than talking to an artist about their music? It's their favorite sports team of course. Luke Bryan is a massive Georgia Bulldogs fan, and in case you aren't a huge sports fan, the Philadelphia Eagles drafted two Georgia Football players in last year's draft, and three Georgia Football players in this years draft. The Eagles are now the NFL team with the most Georgia Football players on the roster. This is also a big deal because Georgia won the NCAA National Championship two years in a row.

Okay back to the story. I introduce myself to Luke, tell him it's the first time I'm meeting him and thank him for coming to say hi to us. Of course he's so nice, and then I said, I was going to bring you Eagles gear because you're a fan now since the Eagles drafted all of his Georgia Bulldogs, and he said, "Oh that's good, I'm going to use that tonight." AND HE DID! Check out the awesome video of Luke below. He also said "Fly Eagles Fly" and said Philly gets nuts when we talk about sports and football. Ha! It's so good.

I had a feeling he might say it, I don't know why, I just did. So I was recording when he started talking and I gasp when he said it!
