Planning on hosting or attending a Super Bowl party? In an effort to avoid doubling dishes (how many charcuterie boards does a party really need?) what's your go-to recipe that's one of a kind, and that party-goers actually enjoy? We asked XTUNation and here are some of the highlights!

Andie's Mushroom Flatbread

I'm slightly obsessed with this recipe. I make it for just about every occasion that we have company because it's quick, easy, and oh so delicious!!!

Andie's Mushroom Flatbread

Here's what you'll need:

  • Your favorite flatbread
    • Naan or pizza crust will work. I like using a rectangular shaped flatbread because I can cut it into small squares
  • Cheddar cheese spread.
    • I make my own, but you can use any you like. I like to use the spread almost like a sauce as the base of the toppings. It adds another dimension in taste
  • 1/4 Vidalia Onion sliced
    • You can cut it however you like, I like thin slices and then I cut them into about 1 inch pieces
  • Carton of your favorite mushrooms
    • I think button taste best with this recipe, but you do you.
  • 1/2 lb Gruyere cheese
    • I buy mine already shredded in a quart container. I think it's about 1/2 lb?

Top your flatbread with a thin layer of cheese spread. Top with onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle your Gruyere on top. Bake at 425 for 8 minutes.

Donnie's Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels

One of the reason I love Michelle so much is that she is a great cook and her Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels are always the hit of the party. (She clearly likes things that are spicy. She chose me, didn't she?!)

Shannon's Cannoli Dip

I'm not the best chef, so I whenever I can avoid the oven or stove, I will. I have such a sweet tooth, my go-to party dish is cannoli dip.

Here's the recipe:

- 2 cups ricotta

- 8 ounce cream cheese

- 1.5 cups confectioners sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla

- 1 cup chocolate chips

*Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving.

*Serve with waffle ice cream cones!
