As if we needed another reason why Robin Williams was the best!

The late actor was very specific when it came to his rider, but in the most loving way. A rider is usually a set of needs that are apart of a contract. Williams would push that any company hiring him for a film or event also needed to hire a specific amount of homeless people.

Brian Lord came so close to booking Williams for an event that his people sent over his rider. In a blog post titled “A Little Known Robin Williams Story” Lord wrote, "When I got Robin William's rider, I was very surprised by what I found. I never watched a Robin Williams movie the same way after that."

Lord continued on by saying, "I'm sure that on his own time and with his own money, he was working with these people in need, but he'd also decided to use his clout as an entertainer to make sure that production companies and event planners also learned the value of giving people a chance to work their way back."
