(WATCH) Gwen Stefani Surprises Blake Shelton with a Birthday Party

Gwen Stefani surprised Blake Shelton with a backyard birthday party on Friday. The happy couple was joined by close family and friends as they celebrated Shelton’s 45th birthday.
Blake’s shocked reaction was captured on video and posted to Stefani’s official Instagram. The video starts off with Stefani’s youngest song, Apollo entering the deck with graduation balloons. Shortly after, Shelton and Stefani walk out and are greeted with excited shouts of “Surprise!”
She captioned the post, “Celebrating my besties b day today love u @blakeshelton #surprise #fiance #Gemini #2021 #june18 #favoritecountrysinger gx.”
In the post’s second video, Shelton has a giant smile on his face while wearing beads around his neck and a gold crown on his head. He is being sung happy birthday by a man in a Superman suit as well as friends and family.
The post ends with a photo of the cheerful couple sharing a kiss.
The birthday celebration comes just days after rumors sparked that the couple had secretly gotten married. The speculation came after Stefani was photographed with what appears to be a wedding band next to her engagement ring. Click HERE to see the pictures.
Page Six reports that the couple had just got home from Oklahoma, where Shelton owns a ranch. A source told the outlet that the country singer built a chapel at the ranch for the couple’s nuptials.
