Reba McEntire Corn Mazes Are Popping Up Across Pennsylvania And New Jersey
Country royalty is about to make your fall even more special. Reba McEntire corn mazes are popping up across farms in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
The clever idea was conceived by the MAiZE Inc., a Utah-based company that designs corn mazes for more than 300 farms around the world. Every year, the company offers a national corn maze campaign to its members. It’s such a genius idea because MaiZE does the design and then farms buy-in and use it for their own marketing.
“We actually reached out to Reba’s team, because we knew that she had a book and album coming out in October,” Combs said. “We love Reba. We feel like she represents what we represent — providing good wholesome fun for families in a rural setting — and we feel like she’s loved by people who go to our farms.”
Reba is the newest coach on
The Voice so it comes at the perfect time. The Country Queen herself even got on board and filmed a fun video telling people to come see the Reba McEntire Corn Mazes at a farm near them. (Watch it below).
Shady Brook Farm is one of the participating farms where maze runners will receive a “Get Lost with Reba” country music passport, which will include McEntire trivia questions that offer clues to traversing the maze, said Paul Fleming, a farmer and special events coordinator at Shady Brook. Not to mention if you never tried their pumpkin ice cream, it’s beyond delicious!
“We’re really excited because when people come to our farm to do our fall activities, it kind of takes them away from their city life and they can chill out, and Reba is just a laid-back country kind of person,” Fleming said. “It gives you that feeling of sipping lemonade on a porch. When we got the opportunity to do it, we thought, ‘This is awesome!’”

Pennsylvania Has One of the Most Beautiful Spots for Fall Colors in America
The fall season is a glorious time in America. From coast to coast, many different areas off beautiful fall colors in radiant reds, oranges and yellows. So, what are the most beautiful spots for fall colors in America?
Peak fall foliage season is different based on where you are located. Some areas of the U.S. see fall colors as early as September, while others peak later on, such as in October or even November. Generally speaking, areas with longer winters will have earlies fall colors, and areas with longer summers will have later fall colors. Most of America hits peak fall foliage season in the month of October. Of course, areas bordering Canada will be the first to see those colors.
If you’re wondering the science behind the fall colors, the color that the leaves become depends on a few factors. Those include the chlorophyll and weather conditions during the summer or fall. Chlorophyll is a pigment that aids in giving leaves their color. In general, big changes from the norm in precipitation, whether it’s getting way too much rain or not enough, can really impact the fall foliage season.
Also, I remember last year, the radiant colors in my area fell off the trees early. The reason was that we had a wind storm come through, so the leaves fell prematurely. I was pretty upset about it, because not only do I like to see beautiful fall colors, I also like to paint fall colors. So, my muse was gone.
That said, if you are in the mood to view fall colors this year, here are some great places to do it. Read on for 10 Beautiful spots in America for fall colors. What are your favorite areas to see fall foliage? Reach out to me on social media here and let me know.
