Hey, there. I’m Andie from The Andie Summers Show and my dog Bob Ross is featured as Mr. January in this year’s calendar. When I was asked if Bob would be available to "model" for the calendar, I did not even think twice. Philadoptables has a wonderful reputation for the work they do for pets in the Philadelphia area and I am happy to help their efforts.

Suzy wandered into a house one cold winter night and was found by the humans who live there. Luckily, humans Jack and Emily were dog-lovers. They did their due-diligence in trying to find Suzy's owner, to no avail. So, they adopted her and decided to turn her story into a book called "A Stray Dog for Christmas."
Hunks for Hounds
Hunks for Hounds is a major fundraiser for Philadadoptables, a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania based 501c3 dedicated to helping the area’s most at-risk animals. The goal of Philadoptables is to make Philly a No Kill City; that means finding humane opportunities for animals in need.

The animal lovers who keep Philadadoptables thriving are volunteers who raise money to help pay for the medical needs for animals, as well as improvements and equipment for local shelters. They also help individual pet owners with “basic care so they are not forced to surrender their pets.” And, finally, Philadoptables is dedicated to keeping the cat community safe by providing spay/neuter services.

- Adopt! Click HERE to see the pets available for adoption.
- Foster! Shelters are constantly being overwhelmed with furry friends looking for a good home. The foster program allows pets to be cared for in a loving home before they are adopted into their “fur-ever” family.
- Volunteer! Whether you enjoy working with dogs or cats, there is a need for your love at Philadadoptables. Your work grooming and socializing animals gives our furry friends a better chance at adoption. There are also opportunities to do some office work, as well as help with off-site adoption events.
