Once you find the email, there are a few important things we need you to do. These steps help increase the likelihood that our emails will hit your inbox.

- If the email ended up in your Promotions or Spam folder:
- For Gmail (mobile): Tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the email, then click “Move to” and the “Primary.”
- For Gmail (desktop): Click on the three dots and click on “Add to Contacts List.” Then close the email and drag it to the "Primary” tab.
- For Apple Mail: At the top of the email click on our email address and tap “Add to VIPs.”
