Now, they just announced that they will join superstar Shawn Mendes on his Australian tour (which will hit Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney).
They posted on Instagram, "AUSTRALIA WITH @SHAWNMENDES."
Before heading overseas, the duo will spend the spring on the remaining dates of their sold-out headlining tour.
Then next week, the duo are in Las Vegas for the Academy of Country Music Awards. On the show, they will be performing their duet “Keeping Score” with Kelly Clarkson. The song earned Dan + Shay their first-ever nomination for Music Event of the Year, joining their five additional nods at this year’s ceremony (Duo, Album, Single, Song and Video). Smyers received four nominations of his own for his work as songwriter and producer.
The 54th ACM Awards will air on CBS on Sunday, April 7.
