MetLife Stadium Warns Taylor Swift Fans to Stay Away
MetLife Stadium is warning Swifties to stay away! If you don’t have tickets, that is.
Arguably the biggest concert in the history of MetLife Stadium is stopping by the home of the New York Giants this weekend and officials there don’t want to deal with you if you’re not a ticket holder.
You remember when Taylor brought her Eras Tour to Lincoln Financial Field in Philly? During the show the parking lots were still packed with fans clamoring to hear their idol. And not just hundreds of fans or thousands of fans, but tens of thousands of fans who didn’t have tickets came to South Philly to hear Taylor and share the moment with other fans. (see the photos below!)
It’s understandable. Swifties are a passionate bunch, just look at what they do to her ex’s! But they’re also 20-somethings and 30-somethings, moms and daughters, fun-loving folks who support each other and appreciate one another. They’re not crude or crass. They’re not sports fans, if you know what I mean.
According to the MetLife Stadium website:
For the safety and enjoyment of all those who have tickets for these shows, we strongly encourage those without tickets not to come to MetLife Stadium on show days.
Tickets corresponding to that evening’s concert are required to access the parking lots.
Our parking lots will be at maximum capacity. Additional unauthorized crowds will create traffic and gridlock for everyone.
Thank you for your cooperation.
