We already know this, but Taylor Swift's influence is everywhere. And now Dancing with the Stars is getting in it. They're going to court the "Swifties." The dance competition is going to have a night celebrating the artist later this month. On Monday (November 6), the reality competition made the announcement on social media. "It’s been a long time coming…join us for A Celebration of Taylor Swift." Taking place on Tuesday, November 21, fans can tune in on ABC and Disney Plus. The show will also be broadcast on Hulu. The special episode will see the six remaining couples "Shake It Off" to Swift's tunes from her career. DWTS choreographer Mandy Moore, who is also behind the routines on Swift's Eras Tour, will offer her opinions as a guest judge.

ABC confirmed in a release that the particular dance styles and songs the couples will perform will be revealed at a later date. In early October, Billboard reported about the Taylor Swift special, with contestant and professional dancer Peta Murgatroyd revealing there would be a "Taylor Swift week" at the time. Fans will be able to vote during the live simulcast of the show in the ET/CT time zones, according to the show release. Live viewer votes will then be combined with the judges' scores to decide which couples are at risk of elimination.

Dancing with the Stars airs live Tuesdays on ABC and streaming on Disney+. Julianne Hough joined as a new host this season alongside returning co-host Alfonso Ribeiro. Judges Derek Hough, Bruno Tonioli, and Carrie Ann Inaba are also back. Among the star-studded contestants this season are Charity Lawson, Lele Pons, Ariana Maddix, Jason Mraz, Barry Williams, Harry Jowsey, Xochitl Gomez, and Alyson Hannigan. Matt Walsh, Mauricio Umansky, Mira Sorvino, Tyson Beckford, and Jamie Lynn Spears were among the contestants but have since been eliminated.
