Former Eagles defensive end Brandon Graham retired in March after playing 15 seasons in the NFL. While he's still navigating the transition to retirement, Graham said he is still hitting the gym and working out while he recovers from a torn triceps injury.

In his appearance on "The Up and Adams" show with Kay Adams, Graham said there's a part of him that isn't ready to retire.

“The other 10% is how much I want to continue to train the way I'm training because I'm trying to look good,” he said during the interview. “I'm still rehabbing my arm and making sure that when I do retire, I'm staying in the habit of that because a lot of guys tell me when they leave, you've got to make sure you stay in the habit of working out and doing what you do.”

In retirement, Brandon Graham announced that he has co-authored a new children's book with former Eyewitness News anchor Lesley Van Arsdall. "BG's ABCs – Tackling Football and Life." The book can be preordered on Amazon ahead of its May 9 release.

On the "New Heights" podcast with Jason and Travis Kelce, Brandon Graham tackled a topic close to him. The so-called "Tush Push" play that has become synonymous with the Philadelphia Eagles.

“Ain't no way I will show my hands and say, ‘Man, you need to stop this. ‘Cause we can't stop it.' It's like, no. If everybody could do it like we do, you got to have the personnel for it first. Then you got to work the technique and practice like we do. We just got a good thing that we got going… ain't nobody got hurt on it,” he added.
