You might hear Shannon's voice on the other line whenever you call The Andie Summers Show. She is the Assistant Producer for the morning show. Here are ten things to know about her!

I am a 2019 Kutztown University college graduate. There, I studied Cinema, Television, and Media Production. I adore that school. I left with an outstanding education, lifelong friends, and a better understanding of myself.

My parents introduced me to Saturday Night Live before I even made it into high school. I fell in love with it instantly. I've always thought that the idea of a live broadcast is thrilling. (Which is a big reason I work in radio.) I haven't missed an episode in over 13 years.

My top bucket list item is to attend a live taping of the show. Every year, I submit my name to be drawn in the lottery. Fingers crossed for this year!

Like many others, I experimented with different hobbies during the COVID-19 quarantine. After completing many puzzles, I tried a new hobby- cross-stitch. I've been cross-stitching for almost three years, and I'm amazed at how much more skilled I am at the craft. Check out some of my work!

I had the opportunity to travel to Australia after I graduated from college. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but my most incredible memory from my trip was my visit to Phillip Island Wildlife Park, where I got to feed and pet kangaroos! Their fur was surprisingly soft!

My dad came to America from Ireland in his 20s. He met my mom at the Jersey Shore and fell in love. I am very proud of my Irish heritage and prouder of my dad, who recently became an American citizen!

I've always had animals in my life. My parents currently dog-parent four pups! Unfortunately, my current apartment doesn't allow pets, so I volunteer with Philadoptables, a non-profit that helps homeless animals in Philadelphia.

Maybe it's my Irish genes, but I've always preferred tea over coffee. My tea collection is probably too extensive for the average human, but my favorite flavor of all my teas is peppermint.

This summer marks me finally moving out of my parents house. It was a really big change for me because I've never lived alone before, but I'm learning how to become more responsible, more mature, and find peace in living alone.
