13-year-old Calvin was surprised when his artwork was featured on a full-size Monster Jam truck. Calvin is a cancer patient and the sales of the toy helped raise money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. He says the design represents the different emotions he experienced while undergoing more than 18 months of "grueling" chemo and radiation treatments.
