Carrie Underwood Adds Canning To Her Many Talents

Carrie Underwood has been hard at work in her Nashville area garden this week and posted some images of her latest crops on her Insta Stories.

Carrie's latest Insta post is a bit spicy as she took photos of peppers she's been growing and shared with fans what she did with them. In the first image, she held two Jalapeños and wrote, "Garden Jalapeños."

In the second image was a big bowl of what she added to the mix to make salsa. She wrote over the photo, "Added some garden corn to use it up." Her third photo was of her hand holding an alcoholic beverage. She wrote over the image, "Got me in the mood for a spicy skinny marg!

In the final photo, she captured her final canned product with two jars of her creation along with a book titled Beginner's Guide To Canning. She wrote, "Fishied product... easy peasy! How'd I do?'"

Underwood will star in the show open for Sunday Night Football for the 11th consecutive season beginning September 10 on NBC and Peacock.

The new show open is headlined by an updated rendition of "Waiting All Day for Sunday Night." It features a concert performance interspersed with augmented reality highlights displayed across a halo scoreboard.

Carrie said, "Once again, the incredible Sunday Night Football team came up with a fresh, exciting visual concept. It gave us a chance to play. I loved shooting the show open again this year at our home away from home, The Resorts World Theatre in Las Vegas, and can't wait for another season of football!"

Tripp Dixon, creative director of SNF, added, "We're thrilled to work with Carrie to capture a new vision for this season's show open. It sets the tone for the broadcast and pays tribute to the teams, star players, and fans in a fun and dynamic way."

The show open for Sunday Night Football will debut on the September 10 broadcast with the Dallas Cowboys visiting the New York Giants.
