Toby Keith's Battle

It was reported that he was battling stomach cancer. We learned of the diagnosis in June of 2022. Toby even went on The Today Show to update fans as to how he was doing back in November of 2023.

The country singer performed in Las Vegas during the National Finals Rodeo, those dates were December 10, 11 and 14th. All three nights were sold out. According to his website, he did not have any planned performances after those dates.

Here he was in September of 2023 at the People's Choice Award. Despite going through this wicked battle, he is crushing it looking great at the end of last year.

"My wife and I were at the last country concert at the Spectrum in Philadelphia. WXTU was broadcasting live from Bullies. They announced that Toby Keith's new album was coming out the next week. I blurted out "I Love Toby Keith". Someone from the radio station overheard me and invited me and my wife to come to WXTU to meet Toby Keith in person. The radio station was so gracious. They had a man making omelettes for everyone and then after breakfast."
