7 Places To Soak Up Summer in Philly

Don’t let the pumpkin spice that’s creepin’ in get you thinking that summer is over! As we wrap up August (can you believe it?) the month of September is my favorite month to celebrate Indian Summer. Take advantage of the nice weather and soak up summer in Philly at one or all 7 of the places we’re highlighting!

  • Plan A Staycation at W Philadelphia

    The W Philadelphia is offering a new stay package available to book now through September: Capture Your Summer. The package includes valet parking, two signature cocktails at WET Bar, two W Philadelphia water bottles and a W Philadelphia branded disposable camera.

  • Visit the Rodin Museum Garden Bar

    The seasonal pop-up serves beer, wine, craft cocktails and tasty small plates in the scenic garden by Constellation Culinary Group, including whipped ricotta, tofu bahn mi, chilled citrus marinated shrimp, a mezze platter, plantain chips, and curry house pickles. Open on Friday evenings, admission to the Garden Bar is always free and admission to Rodin Museum and Philadelphia Museum of Art is pay-what-you-wish. Leashed four-legged friends are also welcome in the garden! The Rodin Museum Garden Bar is open every Friday 4pm–8:30pm through 9/30, weather-permitting.

  • Grab A Treat at Van Leeuwen Limited Edition Summertime Scoops
