Brantley Gilbert survives close encounter with 500 pound beast. This story is CRAZY!
Brantley Gilbert has a huge piece of land in rural Georgia – and on his YouTube channel this week he took us, his fans on a little tour. What’s great about Brantley is that he’s a great story teller. You can hear it in his songs. So, on this tour, Brantley told the story of how he survived coming face to face with a 500+ pound BEAST!
Brantley was told there were no gators in Georgia, but he soon found out this wasn’t exactly true. The people who owned the property before him had built an illegal gator pond (what?!) and some of the toothy residents were still around. Brantley hired trappers to come get them, but in true Brantley Gilbert fashion, curiosity got the better of him and his friends. So before the trappers cleared the way, they headed down to the creek to see if they could get some pictures of the beasts.
They could see ripples in the water. Very exciting. They put the spotlight in the area and SURPRISE! Brantley realized a huge gator was just feet away from him!
