The sign of a Chick-fil-A is seen July 26, 2012 in Springfield, Virginia.

Chick-fil-A has definitely made some significant changes in the last few months, so them bringing back an item shouldn’t be that much of a surprise. In recent weeks they announced another huge item, their brand new Cauliflower Sandwich. There has been no word if the new plant based sandwich will be available in all locations, but the stores that do have it, many customers seems very happy with it. A company representative said: “We are committed to chicken, and chicken is the hero,” said Leslie Neslage, director of Menu and Packaging for Chick-fil-A. “But… it was becoming more and more prevalent that customers really want to find ways to increase vegetables in their diet.”

It was then announced last week that Chick-fil-A is discontinuing their long-time and very popular side item, the side salad, from the menu. The Kale Crunch salad is still available, along with their other side items, Waffle Potato Fries, Fruit Cup, Mac & Cheese, Chicken Noodle Soup, Chicken Tortilla Soup, Greek Yogurt Parfait, Waffle Potato Chips, and Buddy Fruits Applesauce.

THEN Chick-fil-A announced they are KEEPING the Side Salad because fans were so upset. Clearly they lister to their customers!

Now Chick-fil-A just announced they are bringing back a long time loved item that has been off the menu since 2017. “Six years after its debut, it still has a devoted following, which sparked its return and inspired new versions of Chick-fil-A’s signature beverages,” the release says.

I’m excited because they just opened a Chick-fil-A in Bala Cynwyd, right near the radio station, a few months ago. Even more awesome, the owner of the franchise, Sereena Quick, is the first black women to own a Chick-fil-A in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware!
