Love when we are surprised with country stars on The Masked Singer.

Season nine of The Masked Singer debuted this week, and a country music star was unveiled. They were unmasked in a double elimination which included the Gnome, who was Dick Van Dyke.

“I guess the cat’s out of the bag … or the Mustang is out of the stable! I had such an awesome time being a part of the masked singer Season 9 Premiere!

Evans explained how fun it was to do the show, “We spend most of the year on tour and doing concerts and then making records and writing, so I was so excited to do something different that would give me a fun boost for the beginning of the year,” she told Entertainment Weekly.
