Jason Kelce Bartended & Partied In Sea Isle With Eagles Fans
Jason Kelce was a guest bartender in Sea Isle City for the third year in a row to raise money for the Eagles Autism Foundation. Families and friends from every generation lined up down 7 blocks outside of Ocean Drive on Wednesday to support their team and the cause.
The bar was filled with Eagles fans for an epic day of raising money (and drinking.) The Eagles hosted a beer chugging and flip cup competition. Teams of 2 were dressed in everything from Eagles jerseys to the most disrespectful item you can wear at an Eagles event – a Chiefs jersey. Spoiler: The Kansas City fans did not win this time! One duo even dressed as Will Ferrell and Jon Heder’s characters in Blades of Glory.
“It’s a long day, it’s a marathon of a day, but with how much money is raised for the Eagles Autism Foundation, I really just enjoy being here” Kelce said. “It’s one of the most fun charity events that I have ever done. Everybody who has been here before loves it. You get to be out and about with good people all looking to have fun, it’s a good time.”
Surprise Bartenders
Of course, other Eagles players, such as teammates like Brandon Graham, Dallas Goedert, Landon Dickerson, Fletcher Cox and Jake Elliot, celebrated with Jason. However, Jason was not the only Kelce in attendance. Super Bowl LVII winner Travis Kelce supported the fundraiser along with the Mama Kelce!
Final Count
The Eagles had raised $150,000 for Eagles Autism Foundation before the bar even opened its doors to the public and totaled $380,000 (and counting) by the night’s end. It’s truly amazing how our Eagles community is willing to support a good cause, and even more amazing how quickly they can down a beer!
