Located on the beach of Wildwood, NJ, between the famous Morey’s Piers, Barefoot Country Music Fest will host a unique blend of country music’s top artists and up-and-comers and you could get paid to listen to your favorite country music on the beach!

  • Bartenders

    Bartenders are part of the BCMF Guest Services team and are responsible for preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for attendees. Professional, high-energy and friendly, bartenders must have strong communication skills, as well as maintain the supplies and inventory for the bar. Bartenders are responsible for enforcing and complying with New Jersey State Law and confirming that customers meet the legal drinking age requirements before serving alcoholic beverages.

    (All bartending positions must be eTIPS certified, if you are not eTIPS certified don’t worry it will be in our onboarding process.)

  • Barbacks

    Barbacks are a vital part of the BCMF Guest Services team and have minimal interactions with attendees/customers. Barbacks work collaboratively with Site Operations and Bartenders to ensure that attendees receive prompt and seamless service. Barbacks are responsible for supporting bartenders by ensuring bars are fully stocked and ready to serve, paying close attention to beverages, ice, mixers, garnishes, cups, straws, napkins, and all other necessities essential to ensuring that the bar operates smoothly. A physically demanding job that includes walking, standing, and lifting heavy items for extended periods of time. While there will be limited interaction with attendees, it is important to remember attendees come first- and providing customer service is important no matter the role.

  • Security (GWA)

    Employed to protect, direct, and safely keep the area and people who will be attending the festival. Security personnel will monitor crowd and access control, handle disruptive audience members, and enforce all BCMF policies. Each team member must be professional, attentive, and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. All security must be SORA Certified by the state of New Jersey.

  • Ambassadors

    Security Ambassadors will stand at the barriers and entrances, to properly greet guests and visitors. If stationed at the front gate you will be using a scanner to scan peoples tickets, if you’re not tech savvy don’t worry, the system is very user friendly. Some ambassadors will be stationed at ID check points, you will be responsible for checking IDs. You will use a scanner to check for fake IDs, again if you’re not tech savvy don’t worry, the system is very user friendly.

    (All security positions must be SORA certified, if you are not SORA certified don’t worry it will be in our onboarding process.)

     

  • Beach Clean Up

    Collecting trash and litter on site. Ensuring trash bins are maintained and clean. Emptying bins and relining with bags. Transporting trash and litter to dumpsters.
