Boathouse Row is Going Dark - To Come Back Brighter!

From NBC10:   The project will begin on March 20 and is projected to last for most of the rest of 2023. Recent outages and rising maintenance costs have prompted the need for a full replacement of the lights along the Schuylkill River.  The new lighting system will include 6,400 individual LED lights with 16 million color combinations.
