Yep.  This is real.  A non-Eagles themed bar in the heart of South Philly!  How is this even possible?

Check out the details below, even though it’s hard to even type. Ha. Go Birds!

  • The story starts with a bet.

Go Figure.  The story starts more than 50 years ago when the bar owner’s father placed a bet on the Chiefs to win the 1970 Super Bowl. He told his son that if the Chiefs won, he’d buy him a new bike.

  • It's very festive

Chiefs bar in South Philadelphia finds itself behind enemy lines for Super Bowl LVII

Deep behind enemy lines, a small cohort of Chiefs fans living in Philadelphia will watch Super Bowl LVII from the friendly confines of the city's only Chiefs-themed bar.

  • And now it's the enemy

  • It's been in South Philly for 40 Years!

  • It's Called "Big Charlie's"

  • It seems sacrilegious!
