Bradley Cooper Makes Surprise Cameo On ‘Abbott Elementary’ (WATCH)
What a treat! Bradley Cooper makes a surprise cameo on ABC’s hit show Abbott Elementary. It’s pretty rare for TV Shows to shock me anymore, so when I was watching last night after the Oscars and I literally said, “OMG”, when Bradley walked on screen.
In case you don’t know, Abbott Elementary was created by Quinta Brunson. She is from West Philly, went to Temple, found a big social media following for comedy and now is responsible for the biggest sitcom since “Modern Family.” Abbott is hilarious and heartwarming and it’s wild how it can make me laugh and cry in the same episode. Not to mention they do such an amazing job representing Philly.
From the first episode last season where they celebrated the Eagles signing AJ Brown to this season where they had Jalen Hurts, Brandon Graham, and Jason Kelce. Let’s also not forget when Quinta’s character Janine dressed up as James Harden for Halloween when he played for the Sixers. It’s such a well-written show and I’m so glad Philly is getting such accolades. It’s pretty wild so many iconic shows are set in Philly. Fresh Prince of Bel Air, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and now Abbott.
We all were so excited to see Bradley Cooper on Abbott Elementary last night, here’s how it came about:
Series creator, star, and Philly girl Quinta Brunson said to Variety, “Bradley was actually incredible. He had a hectic schedule, of course, but was as eager to make it work as we were…Since he’s a local (to Philly) it was easy to imagine he was visiting his favorite deli. Besides that, he was lovely on set.
