Philadelphia’s Jason Kelce Set to Shake Up ESPN Late Night With New Show
Former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce is bringing his dynamic brand of comedy, star power, and sports acumen to a new late-night show debuting early Saturday, Jan. 4, 2025, on ESPN, “They Call It Late Night with Jason Kelce.”
Kelce, 37, is working with NFL Films to co-produce the one-hour show, which will be filmed in front of a live audience at Philadelphia’s Union Transfer. It will air at 1 a.m. Eastern for five consecutive weeks in January and early February. The show’s fifth and final episode will air at 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 1.
Tickets to attend tapings of the show are free and will be available online beginning at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 11.
Kelce announced his new venture during a guest appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” in November. “I loved late-night shows. I’ve always loved them. I remember sleepovers watching Conan O’Brien with my friends,” said Kelce, who currently serves as an analyst for “Monday Night Countdown.”
The Eagles legend was seen in Philadelphia during the first week of December taping promos for his new late-night show. Social media posts captured him driving an Eagles “helmet car” while wearing a Mummers costume at various spots in Philly’s Old City. In one clip caught by a person on the street, he’s seen flipping over the Eagles helmet vehicle while making his way around town.
In addition to his new ESPN show, Kelce also hosts a podcast with his brother, Travis Kelce, called “New Heights” and appears weekly on ESPN’s “Monday Night Football.” Kelce is married to his wife Kylie, 32, and has three daughters, Wyatt, 5; Elliotte, 3 1/2; and Bennett, 20 months. The couple is expecting their fourth daughter in 2025.
