We obviously love going out to eat, but cooking something easy, healthy, and delicious at home definitely can be a plus. I have to admit, I don’t love to cook. I love people who are talented and passionate about food, and I swear that when someone who loves to cook makes a dish, it just tastes better. It’s funny because my best friend Joe is obsessed with watching Barefoot Contessa Ina Garten and The Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond, but he won’t cook because he hates to clean up. I always yell at him, “Dude, who cares?” Of course I offer to clean up, but he’s too much of a spaz to let me. I’m going to send him this story as a reminder that he needs to make Ina’s Roasted Chicken. If you never had it, add it to your list to make it asap. It’s beyond delicious, just a little more in-depth than the pasta bake. Ha!
