Who Is Stalking Jason Aldean?
Jason Aldean called The Andie Summers Show and the conversation got scary – for him!
One of the things I love most about country music is how personal it is. The lyrics of the songs we hear on the radio touch our hearts in ways that other styles of music just can’t do. Our artists don’t feel like celebrities, they feel like friends. They tell the stories we live. They sing the feelings we have. They are just like us.
Dolly Said It Best
One of my favorite quotes is from Dolly Parton who said: Country Music is just ordinary people, telling ordinary stories, in an extraordinary way.
Jason Aldean Does It Right
Jason Aldean is one of those artists who we feel we know intimately. His music seems to speak to us. And if there was any doubt about how he lives his life off stage, just check his socials. Jason admits his wife is all about social media and I, for one, am grateful for it.
During the pandemic, when we were all locked down with those we love (and get totally annoyed with), Brittany Aldean was busy posting photos and videos of all the fun their family was having. I have to admit, I watched those videos and secretly wished they adopted me. Pool parties and uninvited guests in their home were the norm. It made them normal – like us – just with a lot more money. I loved it.
I’m Not Stalking Jason Aldean (or am I?)
Jason called into The Andie Summers Show and spoke to Andie and Jeff about everything from how he takes his coffee (black, but how he used to drink it is amusing) to why he loves fellow country artist Dylan Scott’s son so much (so cute!).
And you have to hear why Jason is checking his windows to make sure I’m not peering in. Was I?
