      • Holiday Wine, Cheese & Charcuterie Pairing – How to build the perfect charcuterie board for your holiday table!
      • Join us for a tasting of Chef Mark Tropea and Chef Michael’s favorite local cheeses & cured meats in the Café and learn how to compose the perfect holiday appetizer board.
    • Menu Selections Include:
      • “The Cheese Experience” – 3 Local Cheeses, Merzbacher’s Bread Crisps, Winter Spiced Nuts, House Made Cranberry Chutney
      • “The Charcuterie Experience” – 2 Cured Meats, House Made Country Pate, Merzbacher’s Bread Crisps, Cranberry Pommery Mustard, House Made Pickled Vegetables
      • “The Indecision” – 2 Cheese, 2 Meats, Merzbacher’s Bread Crisps, Winter Spiced Nuts, Cranberry Pommery Mustard & Fig Chutney, House Made Pickles
      • “The Vintage” – Add a Wine Flight- choice of 3 wines paired for your dining experience +$15 per person (one glass of wine per person included in base ticket price)

    • Price: $50 per member, $55 general reservation (each reservation is for 2 people- children welcome)

      • Choose from our gingerbread people or winter forest sugar cookie kits.
      • Nibble on sweets and enjoy hot cocoa or warm caramel apple cider as you decorate!

  • Winter Cocktail Classic

    • Date: Friday, December 17, 2021
    • Time: 5:00 pm-7:00 pm
    • Price: $50 per member, $55 general reservation
    • Menu: Learn how to make & enjoy 3 festive holiday cocktails.
