The hit podcast, Serial, followed convicted murderer, Adnan Syed, who serving a life sentence after his girlfriend was killed. However, the podcast brought forth doubts of the investigation and the case ended up taking the public by storm.

On top of Serial, another podcast came forth created by a family member of Syed, Undisclosed went into more detail of the investigation and the failures that followed. Also, HBO released “The Case Against Adnan Syed” also shedding light on the case.
