Wayfair to Open Flagship Store with a Rooftop Bar at King of Prussia Mall!
Wow! Glad to see more retail coming back, seeing empty stores, and closed malls, was getting depressing. It’s taking over the now empty JCPenny’s.
As part of Wayfair’s move to King of Prussia, renovations and other work will be done at the former JCPenney including upgrades to the façade and the installation of new landscaping, according to the township. Wayfair, which recorded $13.7 billion in revenue in 2021, is based in Boston.
The King of Prussia store is expected to open in 2023 or 2024, according to the township.
