Jeff Kurkjian has been lucky enough to be down for Phillies Spring TrainingĀ for their final week inĀ Clearwater, FloridaĀ and boy did he have a REALLY good time!
The week was filled with a lots of fun and actually a bit of drama too which I will get into here before you check out all of these amazing photos.

The DRAMA?!?!?
I had the opportunity to watch theĀ PhilliesĀ take on theĀ Toronto Blue JaysĀ at theĀ Jays’Ā spring training complex on March 27th where something pretty crazy went down.
During the game, there was a disagreement between our starting catcher, J.T. Realmuto, and the home plate umpire. As a former umpire, I had some thoughts about it. Check it out!

Yep, at Phillies Spring Training, I actually got to sit down and chat with the incredibleĀ Charlie Manuel, manager of the 2008 World Series ChampionshipĀ Philadelphia Phillies.
Fun fact, he was roommates with country megastarĀ Charley Pride. We talked a bit about that.
