Have you heard the new Gabby Barrett song written by Luke Combs?
Gabby Barrett has arrived. A hit debut album, “Goldmine,” has spawned two #1 country hits and a third song that may also hit the top. But as any performer knows, getting there is only the beginning. Once you’ve gotten there, staying there is the hard part – so her upcoming sophomore album is key for the young singer.
Apparently Gabby has no intentions of half-stepping things now that’s she’s made her initial impression. Taking to Instagram over the weekend, the former “American Idol” contestant clued her fans in on what at least one of the upcoming songs will sound like. Gabby sang some of the song acapella – indicating in the caption that it would be featured on her next album – and that it was co written by Luke Combs
Luke has yet to speak about the song (though he did like the post). However his wife, Nicole, was quick to react to Barrett’s teaser. She commented “Unreal 😩😍,” she also shared the clip in her Instagram stories writing, “This song, these vocals, going to be unreal.”
