Time Magazine has named Pizzeria Beddia as one of the “100 Greatest Places of 2019.”  And in fact named the Fishtown pizzeria one of the 19 greatest places to eat in the world.

Not too shabby!

Time Magazine explains how Joe Beddia went from a small, no seater, 40 pizzas a night joint into what it is today,

Now, Beddia is back with a full-service joint just a few blocks down the road from the original. It’s stocked with 120 seats, dozens more employees and a cloud-shaped light installation that encourages you to linger. “Everything’s changed,” Beddia says, “except the pizza.”
