We know that Bryce is definitely back, but we weren't sure about a few of our other star players. Phillies announce two superstars are returning for the 2024 Season. There have been so many rumors about players leaving the team, and we have been waiting to hear what will happen with Rhys Hoskins, Aaron Nola, and Nick Castellanos. We found out a few weeks ago that Bryce Harper will officially continue playing first base, which means it's most likely Rhys Hoskins is done as a Philadelphia Phillie. It's a hard pill to swallow for a lot of fans, as Rhys not only has been on the team the longest of the current players, he's played his heart out especially when the team wasn't good. And he and his wife also did so much for the city. We know sports is a business, but the worst part is when your favorite players leave. Rhys obviously was out all of last season after he tore his ACL at Spring Training. We were hoping if the Phillies made the World Series, he would be able to come back and play. Unfortunately, that never happened and it looks like Rhys will end his career playing for another team.
We know Bryce Harper isn't leaving the team, so let's take a look at where you might spot him around Philly in the off-season. Turns out Bryce loves a grocery store. It's pretty funny he's the suburban dad who goes to different stores to find his favorite foods. Now if he could start doing some charity work around Philly, that would make it even better.
5 Surprising Places Bryce Harper Has Been Spotted Around Philly Since Phillies Season Ended
Glad to see he's still around. Here are 5 surprising places Bryce Harper has been spotted around Philly since the Phillies season ended. Bryce lives in Las Vegas in the off-season. That's where he grew up and has his main home. Normally as soon as the season is over, he's on his private jet back to Las Vegas. Last year was definitely a little different because he got Tommy John surgery for his elbow as soon as the season ended. This year, he was feeling great, and hitting amazingly, until the games where he went cold. Okay okay, we aren't going to dwell on that.
Bryce and his family reportedly live in South Jersey and he's been doing the rounds of being a good Philadelphian by showing up at a bunch of different places and has taken quite a few pictures. One could look at it as if he's staying around, showing up, shaking hands, and kissing babies as a way to make up for not winning, or maybe he really is having a good time just hanging out being a regular dad.
Bryce already has said numerous times he loves it in Philly. That he's not pandering. He truly loves being here, loves the fans, and wants a parade down Broad Street. WE DO TOO BRYCE! WE DO TOO! There have been reports that he wants to extend his contract with the Phillies, which is interesting since he signed a 13-year deal in 2019. If he signs an extension, he'll be like 45. But if Tom Brady did it, why can't Bryce Harper?
I do wish Bryce did more around Philly for those in need. I think it's interesting he doesn't have his own foundations, hasn't visited kids at CHOP or St Chris', and hasn't done a turkey drop or anything for underprivileged kids. Chase Utley did so much for the SPCA, and what Carson Wentz did with his food truck, and what Joel Embiid and Jalen Hurts continue to do is amazing. Hopefully, Bryce will follow suit soon. Check out where Bryce has been spotted around Philly since the Phillies season ended.
Getting Donuts
Now that it's the off-season, Bryce wants to enjoy some treats. It's great to see he's supporting a local business and the donuts look amazing!

Grocery Shopping Take 1
One thing about Bryce, he loves to grocery shop. If you remember last year, he was spotted by a Phillies fan at Trader Joe's in Cherry Hill right before he left for Houston to play in the World Series. This year he was spotted at Sprouts and took some pics.
Flyers Game
We thought when Wally the emotional support alligator was the best surprise guest, then Bryce showing up with his wife Kay and their kids. We rarely see their kids, so it was cute to see a family night out at the game.

Sitting With the People
Social media was a buzz by the fact Bryce wasn't in a suite at the Flyers game, but in seats with the people. He did have the best seats in the place so not sure it's "with the people" per se, but it was still cool.

Eagles Game
Bryce and his wife Kay decked out in Eagles gear as they enjoyed the Eagles vs Dallas game on Sunday. I was there and I wonder if Bryce was as nervous as the rest of us?
Did The Phillies Juggle
When they showed him on the big screen, first he cheered and waved and then he did the Phillies juggle dance and needless to say the crowd went wild. If only we could have won this year, Bryce. Sigh.

Grocery Shopping Take 2
First Trader Joe's, then Sprouts, and now Wegmans. Bryce is a grocery-shopping dad. Supposedly Bryce is at Wegmans in Cherry Hill a lot, so if you're looking to meet him, that might be a good shot.

First, it was announced this week that Garrett Stubbs is coming back for another season.
And in much bigger news...Aaron Nola is BACK! He signed a 7 year deal which means will be enjoying Aaron for a few more years in Philadelphia!
9 Shirtless Pics Of Our Favorite Philadelphia Phillies Players For Your Enjoyment
Let's just say it, we have hot players and we should celebrate them. Here are 7 shirtless pics of our favorite Philadelphia Phillies players for your enjoyment. From Bryce Harper to JT Realmuto to Alec Bohm to Nick Castellanos and more, they are talented and hot and now they are playing in the NLCS for another chance to go to the World Series for the second year in a row. Let's hope they take home the championship this time. The last time the Phillies won the World Series was in 2008 and we had a lot of attractive players on that team as well. I think it has to do with the confidence of being good. They know it.
Speaking of the NLCS, the Phillies announced some fun fan-filled activities before the game. 10a on Monday, the New Era Phillies Team Store will open and stay open until 4:30 p.m. The store will have the official postseason gear, including the latest selection of NLCS merchandise and a variety of NLDS locker room celebration merch. It does close at 4:30p, but if you can't head over to the stadium before that, the merchandise trailer will open at 4:30p so you can still get your gear that way.
Then, at 5p, the Phillies Postseason block party will start. You don’t need a ticket to the game to attend. It’s a two-and-a-half-hour fun-filled event for the fans with food trucks, face painting, giveaways, a Ferris wheel, bungee jumping, live music, and more. Then a pep rally starts at 7p. Not to mention the Phillie Phanatic will be there and there's nothing better than a Phanatic hug.
To hold you over for the game, check out 7 shirtless pics of our favorite Philadelphia Phillies players for your enjoyment. Some people are blessed with good genes so why shouldn't be appreciate it? They clearly have a lot of baseball talent as well.
What a Time
The Phillies beat the Atlanta Braves and now are headed to NLCS to take on the Arizona Diamondbacks. The Phillies were so excited to win, they had quite a party in the locker room at Citizens Bank Park.

Club Phillies
Isn't it awesome how Phillies manager Rob Thomson is in on the celebrations. He's so serious but knows how to have fun and let the guys enjoy the win. It's a long season and they played their butts off the last few months so they need to enjoy the win.
Beer Showers
It wouldn't be a locker room party with beer showers. This is how to celebrate.
Brotherly Love
This is one of my favorite videos this month. Eagles star Fletcher Cox was so excited for the Phillies he went in the locker room after the win and spent the majorty of the time singing and dancing and hugging Nick Castellanos.
Phillies Most Eligible Bachelor
It seems as if Alec is one of the only single players on the Phillies. He's 27, from Nebraska, which means he probably most likely likes country music. If he has a girlfriend, he hasn't posted about her on social media.
Wet Beards
I can't even imagine how a wet beard must feel, but clearly Brandon Marsh doesn't care at all. It's wild how he keeps growing and growing his hair and beard and it doesn't seem to bother him.

No Goggles
Alec Bohm and Bryce Harper have no time for goggles as they douse themselves in beer and champagne after beating the Braves. It's funny how some players strip off their uniform the first chance they get.

Light One Up
Phillies pitcher Garrett Stubbs made in an iconic photo lighting up a cigar in the locker-room after the Phillies beat the Braves in the NLDS. They know they are vibing and they won't want anyone to stop them.

Kyle Schwarber in the second slide is incredible. I love that he doesn't have a six pack and yet he's so in shape and so powerful. As someone who never had a six pack, I appreciate this so much.
