REWIND: Chris Young Superstar Mini Concert
Chris Young was raised on Country and it showed during his Superstar Mini Concert! He performed Drowning, Hangin’ On, and Losing Sleep. See what he’s been up to at home and which music video he loved filming.
At home, Chris has been video chatting with friends and family over Zoom and Facetime. He’s also been working on new music and finishing some things he had partially done. “Hoping that on the other side of this I’m going to have a lot more new music for you guys.”
Drowning is a song that means the world to Chris, “I wrote this about a friend that passed away unexpectedly.”
Hangin’ On is a fun song for Chris to perform live, but he looks back on filming the music video. “We actually did this down on the water, right there by the ocean and very very cool video shoot. Definitely can feel the good vibes from this one.”
Chris describes Losing Sleep as a song with a lot of range, “This is not one I want to get up and sing first thing in the morning without warming up, but so much fun to sing, one of those I really get to put kind of everything I got into.”
