Move and Work Remotely in Barbados for a Year
Now that more and more of us are working remotely, why not take the opportunity to work from a tropical paradise?!
The prime minister announced earlier in July that Barbados has officially launched its 12-month Barbados Welcome Stamp.
Barbados is accepting applications for a new visa that allows visitors to live and work in the Caribbean country for up to a year!
Interested applicants must fill out a form and submit documents electronically, including a passport sized photo and a copy of your passport or birth certificate plus copies of any accompanying family members over 18. You must also submit a list of accompanying family members as well as proof of their relationship to you.
According to the website the fee for an individual visa is $2,000 and the family bundle is $3,000.
Visa-holders will not have to pay Barbados Income Tax, according to the visa’s website.
If that isn’t enticing enough how about some photos from my trip to the beautiful country last year for my honeymoon!
