Pat’s King of Steaks & Morgan’s Brooklyn Barbecue Create Smoked Brisket and Queso Wiz Barbecue Cheesesteak
What if an iconic Philly cheesesteak and smoked barbecue brisket had a baby? The result would be the new collaboration between Pat’s King of Steaks® and Morgan’s Brooklyn Barbecue — a limited-time Smoked Brisket and Queso Wiz Barbecue Cheesesteak.
The one-of-a-kind Cheesesteak by Morgan’s Executive Chef Cenobio Canalizo, made with Pat’s King of Steaks® famous touch, features a smokehouse twist with Morgan’s low-and-slow smoked brisket, caramelized onions, and smoky queso “whiz” on a Pat’s signature roll.
Available for one day only, 50% of each sandwich sale will benefit Sanctuary Farm, a local Philly non-profit that seeks to address the health inequities resulting from systemic racial oppression and economic injustice by converting abandoned and neglected areas in the community into spaces that promote safety, hospitality, nutrition, and growth.
The sandwich will be served on Wednesday, September 22nd only at both Morgan’s Brooklyn Barbecue KoP (Mall, 160 N Gulph Rd Suite 1397, King of Prussia, PA 19406) and Pat’s King of Steaks® (1237 E Passyunk Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19147) from 12:00PM until sold out.
