Someone at work has been stealing my lunches, even though they’re clearly marked. I’m thinking of setting up a trap with a spicy surprise, but I don’t want to hurt anyone or get fired for it.
Is this a good idea, or should I report it to HR? And if you think I should plant a surprise, what should I do?
